Think about final size
Tell us roughly how wide and tall the design should be on the garment. For photos or raster artwork, aim for a high-resolution original—around 300 dpi at the intended print size is a useful target.

Great results start with a clear design. You don’t need to be a designer to enquire—send what you have and we’ll let you know if we need anything else before quoting or printing.

Send the clearest version you have
For your first enquiry, upload a PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG or GIF up to 16 MB. A clear, original file is much more useful than a screenshot of a small logo. If you have a different format, mention it in your enquiry and we can advise how best to send it.

Four things to check before you send
These simple checks help us understand your intended finish and avoid delays when we prepare your quote.
Check the background
If you want only the design to appear, use a transparent background where possible, such as a transparent PNG or suitable SVG. A white box in a file may print as part of the design.
Tell us your colours
Let us know the colour of the garment and any important design colours. Screens and fabrics can show colour differently, so we’ll review any colour-critical requirements with you.
Keep details legible
Very thin lines and tiny lettering can be difficult to reproduce. If you have a vector file, include the complete artwork and convert fonts to outlines where possible.
Your artwork doesn’t have to be perfect to enquire. Send what you have, or describe your idea.
